One significant turning point was recognizing the prevalent HVAC challenges in buildings across Dubai, particularly related to air conditioning and ventilation issues stemming from construction design faults. It was a turning point when we realized our expertise’s potential to solve these persistent problems."

Mohan Chandra: "My journey in the HVAC industry for over 7 years, working at the ground level, provided a unique perspective. It became evident that I had the knowledge to bring much-needed innovation. I noticed that innovation in HVAC could have been faster; air conditioning was becoming increasingly expensive and energy-consuming. I saw it as my responsibility to address these issues, which is why I founded MOLTEN."
